Debbie envisions an inclusive environment where every student has equitable access to resources, enabling them to achieve personal and professional success. Outside of work, Debbie has coached volleyball at Fairfax High School since 2020, and enjoys spending time with friends, watching sports, and doting on her English Bulldog, Bruce.

What Debbie likes most about coaching: I love guiding students through their journey, empowering them to navigate challenges and achieve their goals in college. Witnessing their growth and success is incredibly fulfilling and motivates me every day.
